Lifters can choose from two divisions: IRONMAN and RAW. In
the IRONMAN Division, lifters may utilize a non-supportive singlet and
leather belt (no VELCRO belts); the division is tested. Lifters competing
in the RAW Division may also utilize non-fastening knee sleeves and wrist
wraps; the division is not tested.

can both compete under a R.A.W. United banner
DRUG TESTING POLICY
Athletes competing in the IRONMAN Division must be drug-free
(from strength inducing chemicals) since September 11, 2001. This date was
chosen in honor of those who lost their lives during the 9/11 attacks, and
to honor those that have fallen in the defense of our nation.
RULES OF PERFORMANCE
R.A.W. United believes in the rules that governed our great
sport at its inception. Our judges desire to afford our lifters both
consistency and encouragement; competitors should never hesitate to
respectfully question a decision or ask for advice. Rules can be downloaded
by clicking below.

ENTRY FEES
While the federation strives to offer lifters high quality meets at
affordable prices, we do not want financial difficulties to restrict any
athlete from the opportunity to compete. Lifters that cannot afford the
entry option (s) afforded at our meets are strongly encouraged to contact us
at 321-505-1194 or
rawunitedinc@gmail.com.

THANK YOU
Thanks
to all the lifters that support our mission – we are encouraged by your
friendship, humbled by your support, and blessed by your prayers. And thank you
for your unwavering support of our brave men and women in uniform. It is
because of their selfless sacrifice that we created R.A.W. United and are able
to compete on an American platform!
